How to enable resource conflict in Oracle calendar part of ORacle Collaboration Suite 10.1.2?

Navigate to ORACLE_HOME/ocal/misc/unison.ini and change the following parameters as
shown

• 
  resourceconflicts = TRUE under [LIMITS] section
  
• 
  allowresourceconflict = FALSE under [ENG] section
