How to troubleshoot voice chat issues in Instant Messenger?

1. Find out if voice chat fails for particular hosts, particular users or fully?
2. Check if 3478 UDP port is open in the firewall
3. Check the log files at C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\ApplicationData\Oracle RTC Messenger\Logs\rtc_im_client.log of both the clients.
4. See the output of http[s]://yourhost.domain/imtapp/RtcConnections (best readable via Internet Explorer)
5. Check whether or not you are able to launch a web conference out of the messaging client.
